My very first attempt at drawing a FF character - It was VINCENT!
See the steps I took to draw his pretty little face? Lol I sound like such a ditz! Ok I'm only like that when Vincent is involved hehe, anyhoo onto better fanart!

Cloud....and er....me hehe
Based on a dream I had about 2 yrs ago;
I woke up on the grassy area between Kalm and Midgar... ::ahem:: I was Cloud... :S And er, still female hehe.... very strange feeling I can assure you... While I was still gazing in bewielderment at my new clothes and slim figure (damn that was a nice feeling too)Cid's voice appeared from nowhere and said: "YO! Cloud! What're you doing? Come ON!" Obviously I still looked like Cloud to him so I quickly cleared my throat and tried to imitate Cloud's exact voice (well how I imagined it to be anyway) and said: "Er, just keep going guys, I'll catch up..." Cid, Barret and Red XIII (who were the only FF characters I saw) gave me odd looks but bought it and walked past me so close that I actually felt Red XIII brush against my leg!
Then I saw in the distance a wild Chocobo and I instantly wanted to catch it! I ran and ran but it turned and escaped into strange fog (come to think of it it was very foggy) Then I woke up!
Well, it was certainly very strange but very enjoyable... I think that was a definate sign that I was playing FF7 too much that week! :D So this picture's dedicated to that dream - I wish I could have it again ^^

Character collection
Ok, we have the scene when Aeris dies - bad I know V_V - and baby Cloud, cool looking Vincent and Cloud's parents. I had to guess what his dad would look like - perhaps he was a mountian hiker or something? The ikkle Vinny in the middle was one of my first attempts to make Vincent cute and chibi-ish ... it didn't really work did it? :D |

Meeting Vincent for the First Time
Imagine Cloud opening a coffin and Vincent's body rises out like a stiff zombie with his gun aimed straight at Cloud's head, the first words he says in a slow and dangerous voice are: "SOD-OFF." Because of course he was trying to sleep and Cloud made such a racket by knocking around in his crypt...OOoo I like that word! Crypt mwhahahaha.... I think I was a little confused about Cloud's longest hanging spike - it's supposed to be (from his point of view) on the right, but I think I forgot which side it was so he's got two here hehe ^^ |

Red XIII, Hojo and... Squall?
Red XIII pics - I got lots more but I haven't scanned them yet! Um, picture of Hojo - front and back in legoman form but I do have much better ones - gotta scan them too - and...Squall? He's slotted in to fill an empty space ^^ I drew him from memory in the back in class once as I had no handy picture of Squall on me to copy from - I like the quiffy hair ^^ |

Four friends and an evil dude
You may notice that Aeris looks quite pants - I lost interest when I got to her! first Vinny, then Cloud, then Cid then Aeris... I used a picture of Sephiroth to try and draw Hojo and I'm not unhappy with it, but I could do better - and I have, but i still got them to scan in! |
Cloud Strife strolls
An attempt of creating Cloud from scratch using paintbrush - I am pleased overall but the hair is rather *how shall I put it?* lame... He's got nice legs and maybe the whole head could do with being replaced hehe! |
